This #WrockWednesday, I’d like to share an absolutely hilarious band from the UK with all of you. peeved is made up of Jack. Jack has a magical way with words that leads to some of my favorite comedy songs in the Wizard Rock genre.

When I met Chris Rankin on Wrock Around the Rock, I (drunkenly) asked him his thoughts on Wizard Rock and if he had heard of it before. Anticipating a negatory response, I was already running through some songs in my head that were about Percy. Then thought better of mentioning some of them (‘Percy is a Prat’ anyone?). However, before I could get even that far, he told me about how, on his birthday not long before, some of his friends had found ‘The Ballad of Mr. Percy Weasley’ by peeved, put it on a disc, and played it for him. He loved it.
