Which wrock show do you wish you could have been at?
I’m not going to count Wrockstock here, since it is several shows, so I’d have to say Wrock Around the Rock. I adore boats and the ocean, so adding wizard rock to that sounds pretty awesome to me.
Harry and the Potters’ 500th!
Dude, if there’s one concert that I really, really wish I could have seen, it would be Wrock Wreggies.
Makes my Terminus regret all the stronger.
Good thing the shows at Leakycon more than made up for it :]
The show at AccioCon in Orlando. Being 20 minutes away and unable to attend (stupid overpriced Twilight convention) made me a sad panda.
I don’t see how Wrockstock is different than Leaky Con for example, as they had seperate shows in one weekend as well… but then, I totally admit to being biased,too. Hahahah. 😀
But the show I wish I’d been at was when HATP and others played Harvard Square the night DH was released. That had to have been AWESOME!!!
I agree with Abby. The show I wish I was at was the HatP Harvard Square show. What was the turn out? 30,000???!!!!
Don’t get me wrong, I had an AMAZING time with my peeps at Union Square NYC. But wish I could have been doing both =)
Okay… I’ve got a few shows from the past I wish I could have been at, but my ultimate answer will follow:

But my real answer is something that hasn’t happened yet, but is just about to that I have 0 chance of attending… Hogwarts Class of ’84! I want to be at that more than I can possibly say, but there’s no way I can do it. 🙁
Plenty. I’m not sure if Leakycon counts, but every wrock show at Leakycon. Also, the HatP Cave Show. And, just because I missed it, the New Jersey show on the PCLupinWillow tour. I went to the Brooklyn show two days prior, and I couldn’t go to the NJ show, though it’s closer. But I heard the Moaning Myrtles came and sang Whompy off the stage. I was pretty envious.
Yep, Freya, Wrock Around the Rocks was all kinds of epic!
Also agree w/ Dinah: Hogwarts Class of ’84 would be amazing…but no way to go. =(

The Wizard Rock is Dead wiz-hop show in New York a bit ago. Sounded SO chill.
I’m with Abby. I wish I’d been at the Harvard Square Deathly Hallows bash… that must have been completely amazing.
I agree with Abby and Grace. Harry and the Potters at Harvard Square for the DH midnight release would have been the best thing ever.
The first night of Wrock Wreggies. I went to the second one which was awesome, but I wish I could’ve seen the KISS.
Also, HatP’s the night before DH came out. I saw them two days before in Queens tho so that seems pretty close.

HatP 500th show. How epic! Harry and the Potters’ 500th show at their old elementary school. That had to have been a ton of fun.
HatP at Harvard Square… That must’ve been the best night EVER. Oh wait, it was. Deathly Hallows came out. But it must have made the best night EVER even better! @_@
Also Wrock Wreggies. I missed the bus! But we wrote a song in the foyer so it was aaall good.

Wrock Wreggies was pretty amazing. Incredible sets from everyone… Draco and Harry NOT secretly making out, MoM were so good they made me cry, Diagon Alley and Swish&Flick just about brought the building down Catchlove KILLED it… So, so great.
I’d have to say that 2-night show was one of the best Wizard Rock dealies I’ve been to. *sniffle*

Hogwarts Class of ’84 is the big, big, biggest answer for me! Even though it hasn’t happened yet, its not like I can even go to any shows while I’m in Australia.
Also, Wrock Wreggies sounds AWESOME! Swish & Flick, MoM, Diagon Alley (who I’ve heard once, but were awesome, too)… And what is this Draco and Harry NOT secretly making out?

The one where Brian Malfoy, uh… “missed his brother”. What was that, Phoenix Rising?
Yup, that was Phoenix Rising, Jarrod. The best was the end of the show, when Brian finally wound down and sat at the back of the stage, against the wall, with the woman who ran the event. I’m pretty sure he was crying on her shoulder at one point.
He also said “How is everyone enjoying Prophecy?” before talking about missing Bradley. It was funny/sad for sure. Poor Brian. <3

Hmm, probs Wrock Wreggies. Also, you know, everything else. All the Cons, including the last 2 1/2 bands of Leaky (SO pissed I had to leave early). Wrockstocks. H&H balls. Any Boston Yule Balls pre-2008.
The Harvard Square DH release show was what got me obsessed with wizard rock in the first place, though <3 It really was an epic night. So I haven't missed everything.

Everybody has allready named some of the more “concensus” shows,so I’ll get a little more personal.Sometime in the Spring of “07,I got a postcard in the mail fromthe Brooklyn Central Library announcing free outdoor shows,and Harry and the Potters was one of the shows.I made a mental note that I should check it out,but alas,the day of the show I king of lazed out and never made it:(Now,more than a year and a half after becoming a Wrock lifer,I still wonder how my perceptions might have been different had I gone to that show-at the very least,I would have met all my eventual NYC WizWrock friends 6 months earlier and I would have experienced Wizard Wrock in the more traditional fashion-HatP first and then everyone else instead of vice versa!Oh well,now I’m here and it’s all good:)
