Happy New Year, friends! Welcome back to another Bertie Bott’s Every Flavour Jam. As we start the new year, let’s do what we do every month: review recent creations and set a theme for more.
December’s theme was traditions. Mermanda brought us a tradition from The Name of the Wind: stopping for greystones.
For January, I’d like to share with you all what I’ll be doing while it’s cold where I am: hiding. While for me that might mean burying myself in blankets, it might mean something else for you or for characters. Whether you draw a search-and-find puzzle, consider secrets in a song, or duck into a little-known passage in a poem, I look forward to you revealing your ideas!
Any medium is welcome, from songs to visual art and beyond, and nothing has to be perfect or even finished. Have fun!
