This Bandcamp Friday, the Wizrocklopedia proudly presents a legendary compilation based on a legendary wizard rock hotel room show: Welcome to 2458! Originally compiled by Christie Dawn Mowery of Hawthorn & Holly in 2008 to support The Harry Potter Alliance and featuring Swish and Flick, the House of Black, Bella and le Strangers and more, we’re excited to share this compilation with a new audience! Sagan

Sagan (they/them/theirs) is an enthusiastic wizard rock fan and the host & producer of Radio Active Kids, an all-ages radio show which regularly spins wrock. On their work with the ‘Pedia, they focus on the Wizrocklopedia Music Archive and will eagerly accept submissions from artists for their out-of-print wrock to be hosted there!! When they aren’t wrocking out, they’re DJing, going to library school and/or reading experimental comics, and they also make wrock very occasionally under the name Candle Wix. They would just like to say “ALL HAIL TO THE MIGHTY GLOWCLOUD!”
