My primary reason for asking this question is because I am hungry and snacking right now…

What is your favorite Wizard Rock song about food?

I have to admit that my favorite is ‘No Shame in Hufflepuff’ by The Blibbering Humdingers. While it’s not directly about food, it is the song that created the silly and glorious connection between sandwiches and Hufflepuffs. Every time I wear my Hufflepuff shirt with the sandwich on it, I get a lot of questions. I think it’s convinced me that I should (eventually) create an official “Hufflepuff” sandwich. Maybe one day…

    best part of this summer? Dinah insisting upon making us sandwiches cos shes the epitome of a perfect hufflepuff. she brought them to us and we got to eat her (excellent!) sandwiches while doing an acoustic show at azkaheyhey.

    and yes. shes an excellent finder.

    my favorite song has to be JFF’s Pizza! I wanna eat ya song. I dont know the title, but I know i love singing along with it.

    I’m gonna vote for Pizza in the Hall by JFF (otherwise known as “Winky Made Me Pizza”). It’s like the original Pizza song except louder, faster, and nearly incoherent. 😀

    Hey Alex… best part about making those sandwiches was watching you all try to sing around them when someone realized they had a part coming up but had just taken a big bite (Aaron stands out in my memory for this).

    It’s a tie between “Bacon” by hatp or JFF’s “Honeydukes.”

    Right now Bacon is sort of in the lead because I’m remembering the magical appearance of bacon at LeakyCon.
    But next year after we go to Honeydukes at WWoHP things might lean the other way.

    Yeah, I agree with Maggie on this. It’s not very inventive of me, but it’d have to be Bacon and Honeydukes. I really can’t think of any others, really, but those two kick ass.

    Wormtail Soup is the only other I can think of, but its not really up there.

    Funny how the only food wrock songs I can think come from Wizards and Muggles, eh?

    This is a difficult one.

    My first thought would have been “Honeydukes”, but then of course “Bacon” and LeakyCon !

    And as a Hufflepuff, I can’t ignore the Blibbering Humdingers song either.
