99 Deatheaters Achieves Perfection…

All right, maybe that’s not exactly what the Onion’s AV Club wrote exactly, but they might as well have.

The magazine recently published a list entitled “Let It Die: 23 Songs That Should Never Be Covered Again.” Our cherished “99 Deatheaters,” err, “99 Red Balloons” is number 14.

Congratulations to Draco and the Malfoys. I think.

Haha. I think I’m speechless. Well maybe not…I think it’s great. I mean part of that “Slytherin-rebel” image do what people don’t want? I don’t know. Now I’m rambling.

Personally, I would be thrilled to be mentioned in an Onion AV article, even if they were denouncing one of my songs. : )

I think that would bring attention to it wouldn’t it? Haha. Back before I was a die hard Wizard Rock fan and I heard there were these Harry Potter songs I thought it was neat and listened. Haha. Now imagine if there are Harry Potter and Beatles fans out there that read it. I imagine more downloads of 99 Deatheaters on iTunes are coming.
