The band recently posted a bulletin on MySpace inquiring about possibly playing some shows in Florida in the future:

I’m sort of considering flying to Orlando and playing a short mini-tour in Florida at some point in the spring. I found really cheap airfare and corresponding car-rental. What I need to know is: how many of you fine folks would actually come to the shows? These things are always hard to predict and I am just looking for a general sense of how much demand there is in Florida for a Whomping Willows show. I’d probably play one show in/around Orlando, one show along the east coast somewhere (Vero beach, perhaps?), and one show in Gainesville. If you have a moment, please respond to this bulletin and tell me which show you’d go to if I ended up playing all three. Thanks! -Matt
