Welcome to this week’s Wrock Wrap Up! Don’t forget to keep us updated on your Wrock news! We’ve got a lot of great info and some fantastic new releases to talk about this week (plus we have two week’s worth of updates), so let’s get to it.

General

Undesirable #1 is now working on his third album, and to help get wizard rap fans ready he’s made all of his albums “Pay What You Want” over at his Bandcamp page. So if you don’t already own his releases, now’s the time to get them!

Albums

Amy Snow, better known as the beautiful voice behind Romilda Vane and the Chocolate Cauldrons, has released a new album called “Just A Note”. It includes wizard rock tracks, along with songs about other geeky fandoms such as Doctor Who and The Avengers. Give it a listen, and be sure to go see her at LeakyCon if you’re in the UK.

I discovered wrock in 2006 and fell in love with it completely in 2007. After fronting a band that played too loud & sang too out of tune but got to perform at Wrockstock anyways, I traded in the guitar and drums for a keyboard to help with the ‘pedia. You may still hear (or see) me bashing away on the drums for other wrock bands.

    Thanks for the post. Remember Eldruhn Wand is our first Wizard wrock song and it has three parts and three videos. It’s also available on iTunes. We also have a geek rock cd available on iTunes and are working on cutting edge material all the time!
