Wizard rockers are known for their unique and original shirt designs – some have great artwork, some have witty lyrics, some are interactive, some get you smiles and high fives from strangers, and some are just plain ol’ comfy. So for this week’s Question Tuesday, we want to know:

What’s your favorite all-time wizard rock shirt?

Maybe yours is faded from so many washings, or perhaps you’ve turned it into a warm quilt, or perhaps you’ve hung it on your wall as a perpetual decoration.

I discovered wrock in 2006 and fell in love with it completely in 2007. After fronting a band that played too loud & sang too out of tune but got to perform at Wrockstock anyways, I traded in the guitar and drums for a keyboard to help with the ‘pedia. You may still hear (or see) me bashing away on the drums for other wrock bands.

    My Wandicorn t-shirt is the only t-shirt I have ever bought twice, and both copies I have worn more times than I can count. I am also extremely partial to my Whompy Freedom Eagle shirt though, and wear it for every patriotic occasion and when I go on airplanes. It’s my travel shirt.

    Well my Make Love Not Horcruxes Remus Lupins shirt got me the most comments from people, but JFF’s I Wanna Go To Honeydukes With You is my fave. It’s just so cute and soft and brings back good memories. 🙂

    Anyway, my favorite. There are a lot. I really dig my JFF “I wanna go to Honeydukes with you” one, as well as my Creevey Crisis one, my two old school Harry and the Potters ones (“Save Ginny Weasley” and “Rock the Library”). My Whompy “Neville Longbottom Dance Squad” one is the only one I’ve replaced in the correct since I lost weight. My pink Hawthorn and Holly “My friends Are Wizards,” my Tonks and the Aurors “Tonight the signal’s strong” and my Blibbering Humdingers “Dobby bang your head” ones have all been getting a lot of wear lately (mostly because I’m finally small enough to fit into them properly).

    But if I really have to choose just one I’ll have to go with the first one I ever bought, which is the Remus Lupins “I’m going looking for trouble.” If you notice it’s right in the center of my quilt. I’d still be wearing it but for the huge bleach stain right below where I had to cut it for the quilt.

    Tough question! But my favorite has to be Tonks and the Aurors’ “We Are Magic” shirt, which just encapsulates wrock so wonderfully. Plus, it glows int he dark, how cool is that?!

    My Remus Lupin’s ‘Support the Order’ shirt is the coolest. But it’s slowly getting beat up and gaining some blemishes.
