I know it’s been a while, but today we’re bringing #MuggleMusicMonday back in style! I’m going to tell you a little bit about the Muggle band that a couple of very talented Wizard Rockers are a part of. You may be familiar with their Wrock music if you have ever listened to the wonders of The Brothers Black. When I was writing my Daily Wrocket write-up on the Brothers Black was when I first realized that they were members of a relatively well-known Muggle band. In fact, I decided to ask a few friends if they had heard of the band and, to my surprise, more of them said yes than not.

I guess I’m not used to bands that people have heard of, huh?

In any case, I have found 8mm to be a pretty damn awesome band. This Los Angeles based band has a hypnotizing sound, with a bass that digs deeply into your core and vocals that could inspire loyalty from men and women alike. It seems no wonder to me that so many people are already aware of this band. So that’s why I’m bringing it up here… so that the few stragglers out there can get their listening time in as well.
