I never doubted that wizard rock reaches far and wide. There is an entire UK contingency of some of our favorite bands. Sweden just had a Harry Potter symposium where wizard rockers played. One of our most faithful readers, Olivier, is from Belgium. Taking a look at The Whomping Willows‘ preorder contest gives us an idea of other countries where people are buying wizard rock albums.
You may have noticed that Dinah posted Question Tuesday yesterday. At the moment, I am in Paris with limited internet access. Even though my trip has nothing to do with wizard rock, I happily took the opportunity to meet up with Lou of Basilisk in Your Pasta at a local James Hetfield-themed pub. I brought over some tshirts since I know they aren’t available abroad. Check out how happy Lou was to get a Whomping Willows shirt!
